Registration notes:
- Upon submitting your application and payment being made, we will endeavour to send you a signing options email within 5 working days. Please note completion of the registration form below does not mean you are signed up to the scheme.
- Once the signing options email is responded to, a signing pack will be prepared accordingly
- Once a company is fully signed up, for wet signature, a copy of the executed Deed of Adherence for the joining party will be posted to the registered address, and for electronic signing, a copy of the Deed of Adherence will be emailed to the contact. Only once your company details appear on the website is the company signed up to the scheme.
- Registrations will remain open for 6 months from date of registration form being received. Any registration that is not signed up in full at the end of the 6-month period will be deleted and no refund will be provided. A new registration and payment will require to be made again after the registration is deleted should your company wish to sign up to the scheme.
- For overseas registrations a copy of the company certification will be required together with a external Legal Counsel’s opinion, as per the IMHH 2022 Deed, prior to processing the registration. Guidance on the external Legal Counsel opinion can be found with the document library.
DELIVERY
Once the signing options email is responded to, a signing pack will be prepared accordingly and sent via email for wet signature and via DocuSign for electronic signing.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns.
Refunds may be permitted in certain circumstances which are entirely at the discretion of LOGIC.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled prior to LOGIC processing the paperwork for execution however, as stated above refunds will only be given in certain circumstances at the discretion of LOGIC.
