Signatory Withdrawals – IMHH 2022 Scheme

31st December 2024 & 2027 Signatory withdrawals

On 31^st December 2024 and 2027 only, any Signatory shall be entitled to withdraw from the Deed and, from 00:00 hours on the date of such withdrawal, shall no longer be a Signatory, subject to it providing sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of its intention to the Administrator who will then notify the other Signatories in writing.

With reference to the above Clause (7.3) of the IMHH 2022 Deed, the following company withdrew on 31st December 2024 and is no longer a signatory to the IMHH 2022 Scheme:
