OpViewer Contractor Personnel Information

OpViewer provides read-only access to your employees’ details within Vantage POB, which can be helpful for personnel management and customer invoice verification purposes.

Registration, renewals and payment for OpViewer can be carried out by completing the form below. A fee of £298 plus VAT per registered user is charged for access until 30th September 2024. OpViewer Fees are reviewed annually.

Payment is accepted online only via credit or debit card. We are unable to accept Purchase Orders or issue invoices for payment.

Please note that 'reference' is for any reference you require noted on receipt. If not applicable, put 'n/a' in that field.

Receipts cannot be amended or resent so please ensure you enter correct details when completing the form.

On receipt of your order and payment, LOGIC will arrange for the activation or renewal of your OpViewer subscription, and for access details to be provided.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns. Refunds may be permitted in certain circumstances which are entirely at the discretion of LOGIC.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled by contacting LOGIC ([email protected]) within 5 working days of making payment but as stated above refunds will only be given in certain circumstances at the sole discretion of LOGIC.
